Meet Tyler

Pilates by Tyler was created for everybody and every body.

Pilates is a full body, low-impact workout designed to build balance, stability, and strength throughout the mind and body. Whether you’ve been active for years or you’re just getting started, this is made just for you. Tyler takes traditional Pilates and adds her own personal twist to make it accessible for everyone.

Tyler is a NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher) and Balanced Body certified. She was a gymnast for 15 years before having to retire due to a back injury.

After a spinal fusion at age 17, she continued in the world of gymnastics through coaching. In her early 20’s, she began to understand that taking care of her spine was paramount in order to stay healthy as she got older, and Pilates became a part of that journey. In 2018, she stepped away from coaching and began Pilates teacher training.

Because of Tyler’s experience as a gymnastics coach and as a Pilates teacher, she brings a unique perspective to her teaching. She focuses on the entire body, building strength and stability from the inside out. She has worked with a wide range of clients including athletes, those rehabilitating from surgeries and injuries, and those just simply looking to be healthy.
